At Sigma Coffee, we want you to be fully satisfied with your home brewing setup. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit for your kitchen, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original boxes, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
