The Cochada Washed process at La Praderita involves:

- 🔧 Depulping — De-pulped the same day as harvest
- 🧪 Cochada Fermentation — Freshly de-pulped cherries added daily to communal fermentation tank
- 💧 Washing — Thoroughly washed once fermentation is complete
- ☀️ Drying — Dried on raised beds
