From the guys who brought you the popular DF64 and DF54, the Gemilai V2 (also known as the Apex V2, or Turin Legato in the US) comes out fighting the competition with a tonne of features out of the box.
With a small footprint, the Gemilai packs a punch with PID technology, an adjustable OPV and adjustable water debit all three big features together are hard, if not otherwise impossible, to find at this price point.
A 1.7 L water tank ensures you are able to pull shot after shot without having to worry about replacing the water frequently.
Programmable pre-infusion included, allowing for a bloomed puck before full programmable pressure extraction kicks in with the OPV. Apex V2 allows for pressures from as low as 3.5 bar to as high as 12-14 bar, meaning you can start to experiment with your shots without having to buy a four figure machine.
Sigma Coffee UK offers a 2 Year warranty as standard, with the option to extend to 3 Years as an optional purchase. All warranty and servicing is done in house, with us here in the UK!
